Always one to think outside of the box, Alexander McQueen thought outside of this planet for his Spring runway beauty looks. Not only were models were outfitted with facial prosthetics to give them an extraterrestrial look, but each model were a bizarre, out-of-this-world hairstyle. Yes, it's pretty insane, but it's also pretty incredible. You've got to salute an artist who's not afraid to follow his vision.
